Data will be stored only as a result of a specific request made by you – in either the future or past - to receive our products or services. It will be that information we need to meet the request.
 
The data may include:

• device details

Paid services are made through commercial payment services, such as PayPal and Google Play, so they will store whatever information is required to make payment.
 
We are a growing company likely to add to our range of products and services. We think you’d be interested and will occasionally tell you about them, but will always include a link through which you can stop receiving similar notifications.
 
Cookies
 
We do not use cookies on our site, but any third parties through you will be able to access our apps, such as the Google Play Store almost certainly do.
 
If we start to use them, an alert will appear on our site and your permission will be requested. We will provide more information at that time.
 
Your Rights

You can view the information we have about you at any stage. We will need to ask security questions to make sure we don’t reveal anything confidential to the wrong person.
 
You have the right to ask us to:

• Correct any information
• Explain how we use the information and why it’s relevant
• Challenge us on any decisions we make as a result of data stored
• Delete your account or remove specific information, although if this is information which is required to provide the service, such as e-mail address, the account will be terminated.
• Change any account preference

Privacy

We do not share any information with any other company for any purpose.
 
Only authorised Apposite staff will see your data, and on a ‘need to know’ basis, although some information is stored by third parties, such as Amazon and PayPal, and their employees will be able to access it, subject to their own Privacy and Security policies.
 
We may be obliged by law, in some circumstances, to reveal information to police or security services.
 
Security

We will not post our security measures, but state here our commitment to the security of your data and assure you that all reasonable steps have been taken. We continue to review our policy regularly.
 
We reserve our right to use authorisation passwords and security checks to ensure that we are dealing only with an authorised customer and account holder.
 
Retention

We will continue to hold your data as long as it is needed to deliver the product or service you have requested.
 
You can unsubscribe from Naggregator, the only one of our services which requires subscription, by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ button within the e-mails you receive as part of the service.
 
Apps which read your contacts or take photographs only use the information and images collected to perform their functions, and do not store, or send to anyone except at your request, any information collected.
 
We will continue to hold marketing details only to send information from time to time about any of our products or services. and to contact you occasionally for that purpose.  Every such communication will contain a button which will allow you to unsubscribe from those mailings.
